How does Picture Pick choose a movie?
Answer five quick questions about your mood, the time you have, who’s watching, and the vibe you want. Picture Pick uses those signals — along with what you’ve favorited and watched — to recommend a single movie, with a few shuffles if the first isn’t quite right. Recommendations are for fun and discovery; they won’t always be perfect.
Do I need an account?
No — you can use Picture Pick as a guest. Signing in (with Email, Google, or Apple) saves your favorites, watch history, and profile and syncs them across your devices. If you sign in after using it as a guest, your guest activity can carry over.
How do I save movies or mark them as watched?
On a recommendation, tap the heart to favorite it, or use “Going to watch” / “Watched” to track it. You can review and manage all three lists from Your Profile.
Why can’t I find a specific movie, or why is the streaming info off?
Movie details, posters, and streaming availability come from a third-party movie database and can vary by country and change over time, so they may occasionally be incomplete or out of date.
A trailer won’t play.
Trailers are streamed from a third-party video service and need an internet connection. If one doesn’t load, check your connection and try again — some titles simply don’t have a trailer available.
How do I change my name or avatar?
Open Your Profile, tap your name to edit it, or tap your avatar to pick a new photo.
How do I delete my account?
Open Your Profile and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all your data — favorites, watch history, and profile — and can’t be undone. You can also email support@picturepick.app to request deletion.
What devices does Picture Pick support?
Picture Pick is available on iPhone (iOS 16 and later), Android, and the web.

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the app and never sell it. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
